Ventro working in partnership with Exeter City Council

Fire Stopping works to your block in Exeter to carry out works in communal spaces, fire stopping works in roof voids, fire doors on storage doors and flat entrances, where required.

When works are due to take place within your building, you will be informed as well as signage being displayed in communal spaces.

The team will be in touch to book convenient times for this work to take place if access to your flat is required. We would be grateful if you could bear with us while we undertake this work. There may be some disruption caused during the works. However, we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum and keep you fully informed of what is happening. We may temporarily need to restrict access to sections of the communal areas whilst works are taking place; notice will be given of access restriction times a few days in advance to reduce disruption.

KEEPING YOU SAFE DURING COVID-19

We are taking the current situation with COVID-19 very seriously and are working daily to ensure the protection of anyone on our sites and to the tenants occupying these.
All operatives wear ID badges, uniform and will be wearing PPE; face masks and gloves, to protect you and themselves. They will introduce themselves.
As part of the works, we ask that you stay at a safe 2m distance whilst we undertake these works.
Notices and barriers will be in place to keep you informed. Information will be regularly updated on the Communications board- situated at the Ventro works site.

Ventro Group are a nationwide organisation providing local authorities and housing associations with consultancy and passive fire protection works to ensure fire safety regulations compliance.
