Fire Alarm Installation at Princes Wharf.
We will initially be accessing the communal and shop areas from the 23rd of September to install control equipment, fire detection and alarm devices.
We will be booking visits into flats to carry out the installation of wireless fire alarm devices from the middle of October, and anticipate that the works within any flat to take no more than 3 hours.
We will contact residents closer to the time to schedule a convenient time to gain access to your property, however should you have a preferred date and time during October then please do not hesitate to contact us link below.

The Housing Act 2004, Part 1 gives Housing Associations extensive duties and powers to remedy hazards within residential properties. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, replaces the two major pieces of fire safety legislation, the Fire Precautions Act 1971 and the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997 as amended. The Order combines the fire safety provisions of other legislation under one simplified set of requirements.
